These are ridiculously bad. It's going to cost me more time and money to constantly replace these stupid filters that turn into a slow drip within the first week or so every single time. I've had to wait over an hour for a single glass of water to fill drop by drop too many times to count now because I refuse to go spend even more money on another filter when I was supposed to be covered for half the year and here we are one month out and all three of them crapped out on me. This product either sucks and people just don't know any better or my NYC tap water is straight poison that I'm lucky a filter lasted even the half a month it did.

This is a good brand, and normally a very good product. However, this particular filter that was just ordered, is somehow defective. Even though I took it out of new packaging and placed into the device as always, and as instructed, the light flashed amber immediately, and within a day, red.

Out of a 3 pack 2 are bad so far and they're the first 2 used. Water barely trickles out. Filter before had a good amount being filtered. Had to change the first because it was taking almost 30 minutes to fill a gallon pitcher.
Update, went thru all 3 in just over 2 weeks. Still no answer from Amazon about replacement filters. Hate to start my second package of 3 filters.

Opened one to replace my old filter, it doesn't work at all as water flows extremely slow. I thought that the issue could be on my filter mount so I purchased a new filter mount which comes with a free filter. Unfortunately it is still the same, however water flows normally after I installed the filter which come with the new mount. I contacted support since I opened the package after one month, but no response at all after two days. I tried to contact again but still no luck.
I have shopped with Amazon over 15 years. This is the first time I experienced difficulty to get support from seller. Will go back to Costco again.

Expensive, but it does help the water some. Really improves the taste of the tap water around here, our water starts out good from the mountains, then the water company puts poison in it as a favor to us, but it makes it smell, and taste like chlorinated pool water. These filters really help get that out, and keep the fish in my tank alive. If I add tap water without using this, all the fish die, so this is a must if you keep fish. Not sure if this helps remove any of the fluoride poison which they put in, but it does a great job on the Chlorine for sure. Minus one star for price only, but trying to ingests less poison is worth it.
