Forgot to say it is only for Windows 95SE, Me, 2000, and XP. Won't work on Windows 10. Wasted my money.

This product is not compatible with Windows 8.1.Many of its basic functions were disabled,Consequently it was returned for refund.

great converter!! but not on win 7

I've used this for years on Win XP and love it, but when I tried it on Win 7 - no luck so far.

I don't own this product, and after reading this listing I'm fairly certain I never will. I'm supposed to trust my valuable documents to a company that would allow such a poorly written "product features" statement to appear online? No, thanks!
