Honestly it doesn't appear to help with my sinus difficulties. I was so hoping it would, as I'm tired of using nasal sprays, etc.

Thankfully this product for me. I got a cold and had awful congestion and post nasal drip. I made some tea, 1 bag, and within 20 minutes could feel my sinuses clearing. My condition improved with each passing hour. I also have allergies that cause congestion and can't take medications due to severe reactions I get. I now use this tea to aid with my allergies. I am so happy I gave this a try.
