Great buy and quality.

I haven't had a chance to use it, but it looks like good quality.

Love the wheel
Great idea -- may need a different dough consistency -- worth a try

I am in love with the idea of this tool. I had modest success with it, but will continue to work with it.
The bad news is that it fell apart when I started to use it. Luckily I had an engineer nearby who put it back together. We did not experience any further failures.
I am going to try it with different angles to see if I can improve the consistency.

Not worth it

After using this many times I have resorted to my old standard ravioli press(lay the dough over a cast metal ravioli form/fill/lay dough over/roll), so much easier and cleaner. the dough keeps plugging this roller, it is troublesome and frustrating.
Didn't work for me

Loved the concept and design, but ultimately had to return it. It did a lot of damage to my pasta dough. I'd rather hand-cut it until I find a better alternative.
