Bought this & installed in Aug.,2014. Located in so. California @ 1,000ft elev.. Tarp is hanging perpendicular to ground. It is exposed to the sun from dawn till noon, 365days, holds up to Santa Ana winds. Still has fold creases visible. It's April 2017 & still doing its job, unlike CRAP, waste of YOUR TIME & money tarps & products from [Harbor Freight]. I say buy if function & value is #1 on your list. Awning for your 2million$ crib? Try [costco].
