Works well. Heavier gauge weather tight box with knock outs on back and bottom. It does not show in the product photos, but there is a gasketed access cover plate secured with 4 screws on the top of the box. Its weather tight, I just wasn't expecting this when I saw the box. I'm not an electrician, but I cant imagine what this access plate is for. There are no knock outs in the plate and you really don't have access to much through it. Again though, it is gasketed so its weather tight. The receptacle and other material as quality.
Make sure you verify depth of your extension cord. Our right angle RV cord has a stock handle (similar to after market extension cords) that would not allow the door on this box to close. I had to use a slimmer plug style.
I've had this box installed for a few months now and would buy it again if I needed power in another location.

Great Outlet, especially for price. Sturdy, well made, would definitely buy again. Allows cable plug in in inclement weather. Locks for protection of circut and cable from tampering.
