It takes three of these small caplets to equal one individually wrapped pill. This bottle equals 33 of the regular pills. So it's not the tremendous value it appears to be at first glance.
I don't mind the different dosage, because I usually break the bigger pills in half. Now I just take two of these caplets.
I keep the bottle in the pantry for home use, so I feel like I'm not wasting all the packaging from the individually wrapped pills.

These are the bigger pills the size of a nickel, but chewable and vanilla flavors. I feel like these are more convenient for on-the-go use, to have with you in when dinning out, or going to an ice cream stand, stuff like that. I also have the smaller pills that are also fast-act but I would use those more for when I eat at home or at work, because those I like to take them with a little water.
Chewables are better.

Not nearly as good as the chewable variety. These don't seem as effective. I've started taking multiple doses which seems to work a little better but still not as good as the chewables.
