These posters are a good guide for basic weight lifting at home with dumbbells. I vary the routine, doing the exercises from left to right for a couple weeks, then up and down, then right to left; it is important to vary your routine or you'll stagnate. The 20 minute workout is a good one, and once you've gotten used to the exercises, you can simply mix it up from poster to poster. I punched some holes in the posters so I could hang them up a little easier in my garage, and they're a little overpriced compared to other, similar posters, but Powerblock is a known quantity and trusted.

Powerblocks used to include a poster of various exercises with the weights themselves, but I guess this has changed since the last time I purchased them. The posters are shipped flat and are laminated so they will last. Basic exercises displayed, though about half require a bench to perform.
