My 2008 F-150 4.6L started to clatter something fierce. I ran some cleaner through it, then changed the oil. I added the Rislone at the oil change. Took a couple of days, but the lifter clatter disappeared. She has 270,000 miles on her, and you can't even tell that she's running. Amazing.

My 2006 Acura MDX with 165k miles used to rattle quite a bit. I added a jug of this engine treatment during an oil change, and within 20 miles, the engine was noticeably quieter. For the price, I will use this with each oil change moving forward.

I normally don't write reviews but this time one is deserved. Here is my story.
For over the last 2 years my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee has had a P0304 code. Which means misfire on cylinder number #4. Sometimes the check engine light would come on then go off on its own and sometimes the check engine light would stay on and I would turn it off with my scan tool. I was not able to clear the engine P0304 DTC code because it was a logged into the PCM as a (permanent code). I was just able to turn the check engine light off with my scan tool I moved the spark plug from Cyl #4 to Cyl #2 and moved the coil pack From Cyl. #4 to Cyl. #6 and installed a new fuel injector on Cyl. #4. None of the above made any difference. I took it to the garage 3 or 4 times and had the throttle body cleaned and mass airflow sensor cleaned etc. the last time I had it in the shop they told me I needed to replace one of the heads on my 3.6 L for $3800.00. They said I had a valve sticking or a failed lifter or rocker arm problem they didn't know for sure until they tore it apart. I mean the engine was running smooth as a kitten making no noises at all. I was a little leery of this. Well I don't know about you all but $3800.00 is a lot of money. So before going that route I purchased a 16oz bottle of Rislone High Mileage Engine Treatment. along with (5) bottles of Rislone 4700 Hy-Per Fuel System Cleaner. I ran a 1000 miles with the above and guess what? It cleaned out what ever it was that was the problem and removed the P0304 (permanent code) which was now listed as just a P0304 and I was able to clear that with my scan tool. So now life is good with no more P0304 code and a cure with only $70.00 worth of Rislone products. I feel like a rich man with an extra $3730.00 in his pocket! I purchased a case of Rislone Engine Treatment and have been replacing one quart of oil every oil change just for safe keeping. So this stuff is a 10 in my book and I hope I helped some of you out with my review. Photo shows the all clear!
