If there's one thing my body can't process, it's boiled flour. I love pasta, and these noodles are a wonderful substitute. Be sure to empty the package into a strainer, rinse well, then let sit in cold water to ensure the best flavor (preferably none). Do not use right out of the package!

We love them! We cook them according to Dr. Gundry's recipe though, not the recipe it comes with. Those cooking methods are similar; just Dr. Gundry adds an extra step or two, which improve the texture and flavor of the end product. First, rinse the noodles under cool running water for at least a minute (to wash off the slight fishy odor); then boil them for 3 minutes or so; then rinse in cool water again; then pour into a non-stick skillet and stir around to dry up the noodles a bit. Then use as per your noodle/pasta recipe (add to the soup or mix with your pasta sauce, etc.
After all these procedures completed, the tofu shirataki noodles will taste like regular noodles, with only a fraction of calories or carbs!
