I searched for this oil after watching a show about a Parisian chef who cooked vegetables then only dressed them with pumpkin seed oil. I read the reviews on Amazon and everyone was right on. This is wonderful, wonderful tasting oil. I have put it on naked spaghetti, vegetables, in soup and however else I can think to use it. It has a unique nutty taste and a beautiful deep green color.
It has incredible health benefits- combats inflammation, helps men with prostatitis, etc.... I bought one for a friend and one for my mom after tasting it. Since beginning of March I have order 5 bottles for myself and friends.
