I brought this to my doctor's office and she liked it, said it was a good cuff and a good fit. It's important to get a good fit because a cuff that's too large or too small can make you get incorrect readings.
I have very large upper arms, due to being over weight, but the XL from the same company was way too big for me. I caution you, if you're considering buying an XL cuff, try this large cuff first (it's a little larger than large cuffs in other brands). The reason is, most people who choose the XL cuff will do so because the upper part of their upper are is very large, but the lower part of the upper arm (just above the elbow) is not as big. This causes the XL to be way too big on many obese patients (according to my doctor). Even though the XL cuff is advertised as cone shaped to help with this issue, it's simply too big for the average obese patient and doesn't work as well as cuffs that are not cone shaped (according to my doctors). I brought both, the Large and the XL cuff to my doctor. She did not like the XL cone shaped cuff. So, since the large cuff is a lot less expensive, I'd suggest trying it first, even if you have very large upper arms. Again, THIS large cuff is a little larger than the large cuffs from other brands and also a little larger then the average cuff used at most doctor's offices in the U.S., so while other large cuffs may be too small for you, this one might work.
I find it easy to use, but it's lacking one feature that would make it easier. It does not have an indicator on the cuff that tells you where to place it on your arm. There is a sketch on the cuff that gives you a general idea, but other cuffs (some made by LifeSource) have a mark that tells you to put the mark over your artery or in line with your pinky finger. Even my doctor had a hard time figuring out where to place it, but once she figured it out she liked the cuff and how well it worked.
So, I suggest if you are new to this, try the large cuff first, then take it to your doctor and let them tell you if it's a good fit, how to use it, and exactly where to place it on your arm. For this reason, before buying, make sure it can be returned.

Our original Life Source BP machine was about 12 years old and the cuff developed a small leak. Replacement works perfectly and as simple answer plugging it in. Cuff also comes with a new hose and fitting options (2 fittings). Replaced medium size with medium size. Shipping was quick. Ordered Saturday evening and at the door Monday afternoon.
Replaced Extra-Large Cuff

I purchased my LifeSource Blood Pressure Monitor with extra-large cuff to track blood pressure since going into a-fib and being on amiodarone. I purchased my large cuff because the extra large was way too big and as a result compromised the readings I was getting. I am a 260 pound man and the large cuff is just right.
Very nice machine. Works really well.

The cuff is very nice and the Velcro strip holds very well while the cuff is in use. Overall I am very well pleased with the purchase.
