Great size and love the 1" holes!

I've only had this a couple of days so I cannot speak to durability, but so far so good. The bag very easily holds 1/2 bale at a time. The holes are as described 1" which was what I was looking for. The string that you tie it up with is thicker than some other brands which is good. Previously, I had two 2" bags doubled up to slow them down. I have a horse and a mini and 3 flakes in the bag lasted 4 hours, but can load it up further for longer feeding times. Some have commented that this is "mean", but I have zero waste with happy/healthy horses that are able to eat from this bag no problem.

The ultra slow feeder's are the best. My horses devour there hey if I leave it on the ground so this makes them slow down. I have had them for a few months and they have held up great, however one of them has recently gotten a rip in one of the squares. However I think I can repair it pretty easily and it does not affect how the rest of the bag work. If you have a really aggressive eater it may be better to go with one with larger holes. Mine are used to a regular hay net it and they have adapted to this one with no problem

Arrive promptly. Appears well made. Large enough for four flakes. Both my horses feed from this one bag, two-three times a day depending on how cold it is (freezing temps they get more). Slows their eating down considerably from the usual two inch.love it because it keeps them occupied longer.

This is my second purchase of this. My horses took a few days to learn how to eat from it. It lasted for a few weeks hanging, but when I tied it to one of the pillars so they could eat from the ground (due to a cold one of them had), they pawed through it in about a week and a half.

My mare isn't an easy keeper, she overeats and has a problem keeping a healthy weight. I bought two of these nets and they are simply the best hay nets I've ever used. The net is strong and durable, easy to fill, tie and hang, has slowed/regulated her eating habits AND it entertains her! She swings the net around until she can get it off the hook and then stands on it when she's done eating (and the holes are so small that I don't worry about her getting tangled up in the net). LOVE THESE NETS!
