I can't give a 5 since this was not the exact style of the old bifold track and hardware. I am saving it until we need to replace the entire system. I have temporarily fixed the other. Thank you for your quick shipment and am sure when I need to replace the whole thing I will be very happy.

Exact same set sold in the big box home improvement stores for 3 times the price. Easy to install, just take some time with the instructions. They seem difficult to follow at first glance, but if you read them over, separate the individual components, and divide the installation into small individual tasks, the instructions are actually very complete. My 4 panel doors now glide open & closed with just a gentle touch rather than the wrestling match they required before I installed this hardware. I would definitely buy it again.

My biggest beef with this product is the fact it doesn't come in white. I couldn't find the aluminum version on Amazon. It works as advertised. It is better with great longevity than the junk hardware that came with the bifold door. I spray painted the track white to help hide it. The upper guide pin is rough (because I painted it) and rubs off the paint.I would have been able to hide it better with trim if I had installed it when putting in the closet. It leaves a small gap between the panels, but the panels are flush instead of turned into each other. It is also made to fit doors large than 18". I had to move the top pivot to clear the shallow clearance of my closet shelves. I also had to inset the lower support bracket int the wall. These were my doing and I fixed the problem. Be mindful that the installation instructions will require 2.5-3" of inside clearance. I found that the support pin snaps into the upper bracket and can be a bit difficult to remove. Because my door was so small (18") it was difficult to fit both upper pins in place at the same time.

The best thing is that it is off the floor and allows for easier flooring removal and installation.

Overall, I will likely purchase again for other closet doors I need to install or replace hardware.

Far superior to the cheap products that usually pass as bifold hardware. Hardware that employs pins sticking into holes in the door ALWAYS go bad. This is a much better solution. It doesn't just feel more robust, it operates more smoothly.

I ordered three sets of these for my closets w bifold doors. The original hardware (Stanley) SUCKED! They started to fail in the first year. The top rail was just too thin and flimsy. After years of hating these closets, I finally got around to replacing the hardware.
The Johnson hardware went on very easily. The video on their website is more helpful than the printed instructions that come w each set. In one evening I replaced all 3 closet doors. All 3 are now PERFECT!
