Doesn't fold up very tightly, but otherwise is fine.

Note, I have only used this for one night, so everything I am putting is based on that. If anything changes, I will change my review.
However, at this time, this tent cot is a very good investment. It can be used as a chair, a lounger, a cot, or a tent. It is very easy to figure out, and even easier to set up (double-checked the instructions, but it turns out I figured out how to do everything without even reading them... it was that easy). The material seems solid so far, and it's as comfortable as your standard cot. Finally, it does not take up TOO much extra space, though it folds up rather than collapsing, so it's about 2' x 2' x 6" (harder to stow, so that is a downside, but nothing really worth complaining about unless you have very little storage space).
As of now, I can say that it is worth the money, and is a good investment.

So I am in the Army and currently in an Armored Brigade combat team where I can basically bring large bulky items with no real issue. This has made my quality of life increase exponentially in the field. Low signature, tactical enough green color, very comfortable. Pair this with the Klymit V inflatable air mattress and you might as well be sleeping in your bed at home. Easy to set up and tear down, takes like 1-2 min. Great for keeping the morning chill out when your getting ready. Highly recommend this product.
It folds in half so it's not super portable but it makes setting up easier

My husband used this when he'd be out in the field for weeks during the winter in Colorado, which means freezing and blow down your tent winds! Normally he'd sleep on a cot with sleeping bags and he'd still be cold but he says He said it wasn't drafty and it kept him warmer. It folds in half so it's not super portable but it makes setting up easier. Just open it up and click the tethers to the legs and you're good to go.
Comes with the fly and bag which was not clearly ...

Comes with the fly and bag which was not clearly stated in the description, so i ended up ordering the extra bag and fly so there is now two of them. To be fair, extra bag is a little different with the roof rack attachment built in so if you need that it's worthwhile. Otherwise you'll just have an extra fly and another bag.
