Installed correctly you will have a forward and rear facing motion light go on at the same time as you drive up so you don't get surprized by walking up on a Mohave Green on your porch some night. Works great (though only had it a month so far). Feels a little cheap, but does the job well. Installation was simple. Time will tell how it does long term. Not sure how I'll know to check/change the battery when it dies (guess it'll just stop working and I'll know to change it then). Too bad it can't use the AC power from the outlet to power the motion sensor. That would make this a perfect product. Oh well.
