Love it. Easy to use and the instruction book is helpful if you are not familiar with waxing. I liked the sticks and strips that it cam with, BUT I didn't like the creme wax, and most of the extra bottles are unnecessary. I ordered and like using the Honey wax. I also loved the waxing collar. It keeps my warmer clean!

Biggest CON - it didn't come with any wax remover, for skin or surfaces, So you will want to order some.

A lot of reviewers said their lid came cracked, I was fortunate enough that mine was not.

I always read reviews and after reading about this particular warmer and kit, I chose this one. I am so glad I did! It is definitely worth the money. It was easy to use and it was as if I went to a pro. Everything you need is in this kit to get started, except the powder. I used baby powder I had on hand. Vaseline is the best thing for cleaning up the wax if you should get excess amount where you're not needing to wax. If you're the least bit intimidated by doing it yourself, you will quickly see, there's no need for worries. I love it and you will too!

got a very good deal with purchasing this product through amazon. i love the product, it is easy to use, comes with very detailed instructions on how to use the wax and machine. i do not care for the wax that came with the kit so i bought my own because i have very sensitive skin. i have used it two times and it heats up pretty fast. the kit comes with everything you need to get started.

I have to say everything is awesome and would have given 5, stars except for the delayed delivery! I have seen tons of reviews that were negative towards this product... But I have to say I used it last night for the first time, I loved it I have used many products some that even left huge bruises on my legs as being Native American my leg hair is very very thick and though.. I had no issues!! As far as left over wax goes again no problem just take a clean strip and place on over the left over wax and it comes right off, I do suggest buying extra strips as they should never be reused..You are exposing yourself to a world of bacteria!!! Read not just the large pamplet but also the pamplet on the wax itself! It tells you step by step what to do and I must have gotten lucky because my lid cover was not cracked at all.. If you read and follow the directions properly, you will not get burned or any other problems! If you still have issues with removing left over wax off an area grab a clean new wash rag and put some oil on it and apply to the area let it sit for about 10 minutes and then in circles with the same wash rag wipe it genitally off and then wash with some non-irratating soap and warm water! Use your head and it will come off clean with out a problem! If you have sensitive skin then waxing may just not be for you!! I get red bumps each time I wax this is normal and goes away in a day! Follow directions and you will be just fine!!

I got this for my best friend as a birthday gift and she absolutely loves it. She had never waxed her own eyebrows before but you would never know it she uses it like a pro and even had request to do other people eyebrows because hers turned out so great.
