Worth every penny

Life saver! Remodeling the kitchen and this griddle does everything. I have cooked chicken, vegetables, pancakes, eggs, bacon, burgers and toasted bread on this grill. Love this griddle! Oh yeah, very easy to clean.

I got an open box deal on this griddle and it was well worth it. I researched it after my amazing deal and found out, it is a top of the line griddle. I have cooked pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage, hamburgers and a host of other foods on this griddles and all cooked evenly. The nonstick surface works very well and all grease drains properly. There are a lot of higher priced griddles out there and this should be one of them, but it's not and that's a good thing for such a great product.

Never used spray, still had build-up after the very first use. Since then, same thing. Also, it definitely is NOT the same temp across the griddle, although at least it's consistent (no flares of hot and cold). I wouldn't buy this again. I don't think I'm as disappointed in poor performance when I pay less :)
Yes it costs more, but it's worth more even 2 years after purchase! Be the master pancake maker!

I use this every week, every Sunday at least for breakfast. After going through 3 cheap ones, I finally bought this bad boy.
I've had this grill since April 2014 and I can say it is the best electric grill I've ever used and worth the money.
I cook pancakes or omelettes on this grill. No bacon, although it will cook them just fine.
Over the past 2 years it's never not works, it still has perfect coating, nothing flaking off. Since I'm the only person I know for a fact that there has never been a medal anything on this grill, and maybe that is why it's still in such great shape. But on my old ones, they never got medal but still burned off and flaked off the nonstick.
So for all of you wondering if they extra money is worth it, yes it is. It cooks evenly, except for the very edges at the ends. It's cooked like this since I've had it, so it does have some cool spots, but they still get the pancakes cooked. For omelettes all this flat surface makes them a snap!

Exellent Griddle - bought it for work and everyone loves it. Gets hot fast, and the backsplash keeps things from getting all over the place.
Update: 10/25/2017 Griddle is still going strong, and it gets used on a daily basis, multiple times a day, and sometimes for MASSIVE cooking events. Doing very well.
