I bought this to use in a econoline van with a 12v disco light, and blue flashing light as well, works great for that. After a day of fishing, a party before calling it a night this is great. Sticks to the roof interior and makes it feel like a nineties dance party. But an emergency vehicle use.. I dunno, used by itself Im not sure id pull over if I saw this in my rearview mirror. Seems kinda cheesy in this age of led.....

I bought this as a replacement light for my Gottlieb pinball machine (Mushroom World) It's almost an exact 1 to 1 replica of the original light beacon on these old pinball machines and I'm extremely satisfied with it! It was a snap to install by simply cutting off the plug and attaching the existing wires in my pinball machine to the terminals.

This Wolo (3110-R) Beacon Light Rotating Emergency Warning Light is reasonably well made and is quite bright. We are using two of these in our small business to signal staff when a customer activates one of the panic buttons in case of emergency.
The unit is big enough to get attention when needed and the rotating light is not really possible to ignore. We cut the car charger plug off and wired them to be powered with a 12v laptop power-supply that provides enough juice to run two of these when a button is pressed. I also like that these come with a spare bulb that is held under the dome.
