I have tried numerous other egg spoons before finding these. The biggest problem with most egg spoons is the shape of the bowl does not work well with the shape of the inside of an egg. Most spoons are either too pointy and cannot scrape the far end of the egg, or too thick and leave egg behind.
This spoon works as wanted. It is small enough to fit through the hole made by most egg toppers/knives, but large enough to get a decent mouthful of food. It is thin enough (perhaps a bit thinner than needed) to clean the inside of an egg shell with one pass and shaped to work the far end of the egg, again in one pass.
They also make great tasting spoons when tasting foods. I can have several of these spoons in my sleeve pocket and not feel weighed down.

PERFECT with Apollo Egg Topper

I have tried and reviewed dozens of egg spoons and these are head and shoulders above any others. ESPECIALLY if you use the apollo (my favorite) or any other egg topper (Rosle is here: Rosle Egg Cracker/Topper ). The reason is that these toppers cut a relatively small "hat" off the top of your soft boiled egg, and you need a smaller yet durable spoon to use it.
I've also tried coffee/ demitasse and many other spoons and none come close. Some reviews have dinged these for having relatively "sharp" edges, but those are perfect, and necessary, when you use a topper, because the rest of the shell remains in your egg cup, and you need to "scrape" the side of the shell inside with the spoon if you don't want to hassle removing the bottom of the shell! The ones I tried are just sharp enough, and certainly not enough to cut you.
Also, some reviews said these are "too thin" -- I'm not sure if these were previous models, but the ones I received were PERFECT, strong and sturdy stainless, and long enough to reach the bottom of the egg, while still having a spoon small enough to go through the topper top, yet not too small to handle the yolk, as demitasse often are.
