I feel this will protect the "luxury vinyl tile". Wish I had put it on sooner, when the floor was brand new. I put on three coats and did not get a "wet look" but I did get some shine, and feel that the floor is easier to wash now with the Trewax cleaner. The mop that I put it on with was hard as a rock after it dried, so I feel the product is very strong.
but it's always best to use a product specifically for what you're cleaning

I guess it works well enough. I didn't notice too much of a difference compared to other more general cleaners, but it's always best to use a product specifically for what you're cleaning.

Absolutely amazing in combination following treatment with the wax stripping product. 10 years of yellowed mop and glow came up with some scrubbing and the stripper fluid and this wax returned a nice clean shine with the promise to not yellow and force a redo. Worth it.
Gives my dull white linoleum a beautiful shine!

My aged and very dull white linoleum floor is a dirt magnet. Thoroughly cleaned and rinsed my floor, applied 2 coats of this product. It dried nicely within 30 minutes, each coat. The finish is just beautiful. It is not tacky, at all. My initial rating is 5 stars. Looking forward to seeing if it's as durable as other reviewers have stated. I will be using the Trewax neutral floor cleaner for maintenance. Will post a follow up review after a couple of weeks.
The finish looks great, but it is very frusterating

The sealer won't dry during humid weather. When the humidity drops the sealer drys, but will become tacky when the humidity rises again. The finish looks great, but it is very frusterating !
