Bought this after running all over Hell's half-acre, in a big, big hurry to get the truck back on the road--as a backup. It looks like the old one and the one I got from a NAPA almost 60 miles away. Anyway this should save a lot of headache the next time.

Dorman's compatibility catalog is full of errors. I like their products and use them regularly, but this radiator drain cock is not listed for this vehicle. This was an exact replacement for my customer's Suzuki, which is made by GM. The o-ring usually breaks when removing.
Removal can be difficult. Turn counterclockwise and pull with a pliers straight out. I felt like it was about to break before it popped out of the radiator. The new one inserted much easier and sealed immediately.
The product is as good as OEM. Be sure to use a little grease on the o-ring to ensure a proper seal.
