I don't have loads of milk foaming skill, so this canister-thing does the work for me. It's a fun apparatus; I feel a bit like a coffee alchemist putting the thing together each morning. The attachment from foaming nozzle to actual Krups machine seems a little loose, but I've never had it blow off and cause a mess. You'll need to get in the habit of washing out the canister immediately after use, because if you forget and it sits in a warm kitchen all day, you'll have stinky milk, and some will be in the flexible, clear tube. Maybe it's me, but all of the milk never blows out of the canister; there's always about 1/8 of an inch left on the bottom. Maybe you're supposed to give that to a cat. All in all, I would advise: yeah, get it.
