I use this injector cleaner on my 6.7 Cummins because my master mechanic recommended this product. It is rated highly by Cummins manufacturing as noted on the labeling. Whether it is better is subjective to me since I've had no injector clogging. More a recommendation and Cummins item for me. Not able to purchase this item locally or difficult to find. Amazon did what it does for me.
This therapy actually works well.

The product appears to work well. the diesel mechanic told me to use approximately 8 ounces every third fill up. I know my fuel mileage went up about 3 miles per gallon. I am happy with the product.
