Great return process

the bad: it didnt work out of the box, the instructions were HORRIBLE I spent an entire day trouble shooting and never did get it to work. Cranes customer service wasn't ever available (closed on a weekend? this is a weekend project.)
the good: Amazon shipped it fast and the return process was easy. The UPS man picked it up with a label and I got a fast refund.
