It even feels like a high-quality device. I love this thing.

Have only used it once to clean my tall sliding glass doors outside & windows but did a good job. It is a little heavy but not a big deterrent

This rating is based solely for washing vehicles my Acura and my wife's Odyssey . The product is not for washing car like the ad claims. Windows sure but cars for the price of this product..... not a goo idea. Brush is too abrasive for washing a car. I have scratches that were not evident till using Carrand's product. So first off, the bristles are similar to a brushes you use to sweep a floor. (I was foolish to give the product the benefit of the doubt). Ok that was dumb on my part but the hose connector is what really ... well.... sucks! Main selling point in me buying the Carrand was the ability to connect and use running water. First the shut valve did not work. In fact, once you opened the valve to have water run through it, water leaked at the hose connection and from the valve. If you have to reach a top of a van or truck be prepared to get wet. water will run down your arm, down to shirt and finally your shorts or pants and down to your pants. I'm not talking drops here folks.. I mean running water! The valve is cheap.

I'm pretty good at giving the seller the benefit of the doubt, but for the price, the claim that it's safe to wash car and the fact Carrand advertises its for washing a car, is my only way to warn you not to buy this product. I'm not a hater or give bad reviews, IF it's something I could have prevented, but the only mistake was buying the product. Hope my experience can be warning to those thinking of purchasing this product.

Great

Works great for washing my lifted truck.
