Two top tracks! :-(
Caroyl JohnsonAugust 8, 2017
I ordered three sets and only now got to the point in my large project where I'm ready to install these tracks and cut the doors. First set I opened were fine, so I cut them to length and glued in place. Then I opened the second set and was about to cut them when I noticed both pieces are top tracks :-/ Wanting to finish the first cabinet, I grabbed the third set... :-( they also contained two top tracks. I'm past the 30 day return time, but will call Amazon tomorrow. These weren't cheap and I need three more sets. Knapsack & Vogt needs to pay attention to quality control in their packing department.

According to the instruction there is a top rail (slightly shorter) and a bottom rail (slightly taller). They were both the same size. I can make it work but I will have to install with the doors in.

This came in a 48" stick. The upper rail is 3/4" deep while the bottom rail is about 3/8 deep. Once in place measure from the very top or the upper channel to the top edge of the bottom rail to get the dimension to cut your glass to. You will insert your glass like you do a normal sliding window by inserting the glass into the upper channel then just moving the bottom edge of glass into the bottom channel. I am using a 3/16" piece of glass. Slides very easily. To mount it we used construction adhesive.

Works great for my DIY project. Used them to add plexiglass sliding doors on the above tank basking area I built for my turtle aquarium.
