the birds here prefer regular bird nuggets. I do put out a tray of worms for the birds and the blue birds like that . the wood peckers eat up the regular nuggets.

All the birds love these, not just the bluebirds, so make sure to put them in the special BB feeder.

Birds love them, have yet to see a blue bird though, maybe soon. Blue birds are very elusive in my area, although it is the state bird here in Missouri.

My birds were not impressed with this product. I have a bluebird couple who just had 3 babies and I was trying to make their life easier since they are constantly having to bring the babies worms. I thought for the bluebird couple they would enjoy this but alas not so. The cardinals, sparrows, robins and other birds are equally as unimpressed. I see the birds come right by the feeder but keep searching for other food. I cannot recommend this product to feed birds.

The bluebirds that visit my home each summer didn't seem to like the mealworms I set out for them, and I always ended up throwing them away. Imagine my surprise when I hung my Kettle Moraine Cedar Post Mount Bluebird Feeder (also purchased on Amazon) and filled it with these bluebird nuggets - the bluebirds found them within a few days, and I am now on my second bag of nuggets. The birds love them, and the squirrels can't get into the feeder to steal them. Would make a great gift (along with the feeder) for a birder!
