Great for mixing with sugared cereals for a more reasonable average sugar content. Full of whole grain and fiber. This is even better than the bagged plain puffed wheat available at Kroger until a few years ago. The only bagged cereals now in most grocery stores are sugary. 1, 3 and 5 y/o kids eat it up.

My 3yo son is a great eater, but is addicted to these, such a great healthy alternative to other junk finger foods and puffs. Kamut is a very healthy grain. Wish we could buy it in smaller quantities, rather than 12 bags! But, we still manage to go through them all before they expire. Kamut has a nice nutty flavor and a higher protein content than other grains. Also has a very interesting history.
