Quality product, with some fine print

Quality parchment paper and a solid value considering the sheer square footage you get. I mostly use it for baking and have no problems with sticking. My only critique (hence the deduction of one star) is that the paper is printed all over with a sizeable logo and brand name, which wasn't in the description. This in no way affects the product performance but it looks a little cheap in terms of photos and presentation.

I've tried a lot of parchment papers and this one seems to be the best. I use it over tin foil and nothing sticks. Breading stays on the food and doesn't end up on the pan. Love this product.

I had never used this brand before and never one that wasn't white in color but it's great! This one is a light tan color. More natural I guess than a bleached paper. It works for everything I've used it for like baking things in the oven for easier clean up and also to roll out my biscuits so I don't have to scrape up dough off the counter top. There's no metal strip to cut it but instead has a very sturdy edge that works as well as the metal. Less hazard for me! I just crease it over the edge & it tears nicely. There seems to be less "curl" to it than other brands I've used before, too. I will definitely buy this again when I run low. That might be a while, since it's a huge roll! 😊
It also works great as a pattern paper for quilters. That was my first introduction to parchment paper, since my Mom never used it. Now I seem to use it almost daily for something.
