Wait for it to rain if you don't see results right away

I used this to treat motor oil, transmission oil and wax candle stains on driveway paver stones. The stones are very porous and some have been stained for years. I achieved mediocre results by spraying, scrubbing and rinsing with water.
However, if you treat it before it rains, even a light consistent rain does a great job of washing away the stains. I assume the solution breaks up the stain particles and the rain does a better job than my garden hose of rinsing it away. All recent stains (weeks old) are gone and older stains (years old) are mostly gone.

Miracle Product

Used it on an epoxy garage floor (without a clear top coat) and it removed tire marks and miscellaneous stains effortlessly. No damage to floor itself. I had tried soap and water previously and was concerned about using a harsher cleaning agent but this did the job without harming the epoxy. I diluted the product 1 part water and 1 part cleaner: it was a bit annoying having to dilute a product already in a spray bottle, but it seems the dilution process is to give more flexibility as to the strength of the solution. Just used an old Windex bottle for the mixture. Highly recommended
Worked for laundry, when laundry pre-spotters didn't!

I don't prepare a lot of food that requires frying or browning, but sometimes I can't avoid it. I usually try to remember to wear a full apron, but that still leaves the sleeves uncovered - plus I don't always remember the apron. That is not the main laundry issue for me, however. My husband has very dry and sensitive skin, and it has gotten more so as he has grown older; and of course winter in the Midwest, with forced-air central heating, is really tough even on normal skin. So, my husband frequently goes to bed with all sorts of face and body creams on, which he doesn't always rub in thoroughly (I do use a heavy-duty alpha-hydroxy hand cream at night, but always wear cotton-spandex gloves). I've had SOME trouble with getting grease spots out of sheets in the past, but we currently have one set of sheets that is a very nice dark taupe color, and that really seems to ATTRACT and retain any grease. Tried the laundry pre-spray products I usually keep on hand, with so-so results. Bought some more heavy-duty ones online, and they did better, but some really smelled AWFUL. This stuff does have SOME odor, but because of my husband's sensitivity, I double-rinse everything anyway, and the finished laundry has no odor (most other laundry products I use are totally fragrance-free). This product works great if you spray it right on the greasy area, and even if I miss SOME areas, it does improve them (but does not completely eliminate them). So, for grease on laundry, this is the best stuff that *I have found.
It works

Oil dropped on black top drive by contractors truck. Sprayed generously and let soak. Luckily we had heavy rain before I could hose it away, the rain worked with the spray and the stain was soon gone. Another reviewer suggested rain was better (softer) than tap water. It proved to be true.
Great result, easy to apply and no smell.

It works but bad sprayer

This product really works but the most recent two bottles I purchased both have bad spray nozzles that just dribble out the product at best. I have to remove the nozzles, dip a toothbrush and apply to stains that way. Not exactly convenient or cleanly done. I'll shop around for my next purchase.
