Very good but not perfect!
Art Harrington•December 9, 2017
My 1995 jeep has been leaking oil for quite some time and it was time to try and get rid of the oil stains. I tried this based on reviews and word of mouth from friends. I have a high pressure washer that I used once I let this stuff soak in for a few minutes. I was very surprised that this was able to remove some oil stains that had been there long before I got into this house. I had to really let the pressure washer hit the stain up close and with my narrowest tip. But it did remove most of the stain, not all of it however.
I poured this product into a sprayer and sprayed my oil, transmission stains and made sure to really soak them. I noticed that if you sprayed in the sun and let it soak for longer than 15 minutes the solution will actually dry up but when you shoot it with the pressure washer it will suds up quite a bit. I never did try to use a scrubber and I think if i had I would have had better results. Even though this was able to remove most of a very old stain it had problems with new stains but again if i had used a hard brush i might have had better results.
I like the affordability of this product.
I like the overall results but this product is not perfect but worth trying out. Good luck

This cleaner works but..........

This cleaner works but it takes a bit of patience. I used it to try and remove 10weight oil from an untreated concrete driveway. I followed the instructions on the label and got limited success. It takes perhaps a month and lots of scrubbing but it will remove 10weight oil from untreated concrete. YMMV depending on how saturated with oil the concrete is.

Had a 1/2 gallon of oil that spilled in the corner of my garage that sat for about a month I'm guessing before I noticed it. Used a couple of different products that did nothing before trying this. It cleaned up the majority of the set in stain. You can still tell the oil was there but it's dry and doesn't come up when the area gets wet. Follow the directions, and if it's set in oil don't dilute it. I'd use it again, just don't expect it to be magic.
Great product

Great product that I have been using for years. Does a great job of removing grease from floors, cloths, and almost everything. Just follow the directions in diluting the product before using. Having a spray bottle handy with the proper dilution already made is very helpful
You won't believe how great this stuff is until you use it!

Use this all the time for grease or oil spots on clothing, works great! Don't know what I'd do without it. I'm always getting something on a blouse or my husband is getting a spot on his shirt that Resolve won't get out. I put this in a spray bottle, apply it before placing it in the wash, a little rub, throw it in the wash, and it's gone. Just that simple and it doesn't ruin the clothes. And if he gets grease on anything, I'm talking that black grease, you know what I mean, that kind that you just throw whatever you have that has black grease on it in the garbage, it comes out! I got water base paint on brown pants and it dried overnight and I figured that was the end of that it will never come out. Spray some Oil Eater on it, let it soak a little, took a little brush, rubbed it a little, came right out, pants are fine, no residue at all. Not to mention how great it is around the kitchen, and it's safe around food. Great for the grill, and now hubby uses it for garage items too. Once you use it you'll find all kinds of reasons to use it wherever there is anything that has any oily residue. Been using it for years and I still love it.
