I used these back when I was in high school and had to bring my own lunch. They hold a decent amount of whatever seasoning that you put in them, I would say good for about a few weeks of consistent use. The size of the shaker set is about the length of an index finger and about as thick as a thumb. The only issue that I had with these was I felt that the shaker should have been made inverted where the part at the center is the "lid" to the shaker, instead, the lid at the end is actually the way to fill the shaker and the shaker separates at the middle to show the "shaker" part of the shaker. I would definitely recommend this product since it holds a decent amount of product. Definitely worth it if you have a packed lunch!
