Impressed with these beans. Easy to prepare/cook. I only had to throw out a few discolored beans. Way better flavor and texture than canned! This is the best I can ask for because I'm in Hawai'i. No access to fresh.

Bought the one-20 Oz pack. Shelled, but with residual skin on most of them. A little too much on the small size. Coming from the south of Italy, where they are abundant and of much better quality, I have to put these in the low quality range, but, after cooking, they tasted good enough to buy here in the USA where hard to find.
