The seal was good. I don't know if I liked the leveling foam I ended up cutting it in smaller pieces and stacking them would be nice to have a little more variety of size spaces but other than that it worked out great. I would recommend ordering goobegone or something to get the old adhesive off your old unit. Make sure to clean both surfaces really good or it wont seal properly but it fit the size of the vent and did stick ok on my ac unit with no leaks so as satisfied as you can get for a seal I suppose.
