I purchased two batons, one for the choir director and one for the bell choir director. Both are excellent and should last for a long time. I wanted to place a cork on the one for the choir director so that she wouldn't poke someone's eye out, but was vetoed by my spouse. A good choice to purchase for the directors!!

It works very well. I'm a music business major and I don't plan on really conducting so for beginning conductors it is a very nice baton and fits in the hand nicely. It seems to be really light but a good product with a fair balance to it.

Looks nice, exactly as described. Very few moving parts...other than my own. The rosewood handle is nicely finished. I like the balance of the baton.
