Expensive, but FANTASTIC. Perfect pizzelles on my first ever try. Used the first recipe in the booklet & was pleased. Plan to get more creative. I did use a silicone spatula to remove the pizzelles & not scratch the surface. Wiped clean with a damp paper towel afterward. Love, love, love it!

Bought this in 2009 and it is still as amazing as the day I got it! My husband's Nona insisted I get one that did not have a nonstick coating and that is what I love about this one! Wish I had one that makes four at a time because family and friends fight over them when I make them. It takes about 2 hours for a batch of 90! Oh and I spray the baking flour spray each time I put dough on- my dough is sticky and it can be a pain to clean if it gets stuck in the crevices and I don't want to take any chances. This maker makes the pizzelles crispy and perfect every time!
