My size is 10.5-11, so these fins of 10.5 - 11.5 are just tiny bit loose but feet are not squeezed/pressed, so easy to take off /on in water. Owing to the side openings it is SO easy on leg muscles, powerful propelling. I call them awesome. Best ever fins I had. They r great for both regular swimming and snorkeling. Impressed with a low price for such a quality.

I wear a women's size 8 and I bought the Small Size 5-6.5, after reading reviews that these are in men's sizes. They fit very snug for a women's size 8, so if I were anything larger than an 8, I might prefer the next size up.
Great for diving in some of the worlds great reefs. Shark bite proof too and great for leg day in the pool

Originally I had a friend who had these fins and I borrowed them from her for a little while to do leg exercises in the lap pool and the longer they had a size small only available to purchase on Amazon and I knew by my size of a size 7 1/2 that this would already work since my friends were a medium size they are men's sizes that are listed so you have to know what your sizes as a woman's foot in the small seems to be just perfect for a 7 to 8 foot . These fins create more resistance in a deeper legwork out I have shorter fans that are zoomer"˜s for faster swims I imagine these will be amazing for my next dive off of some of the reefs in the coast but in the meanwhile I bought a pair because my friend had to have hers back and I find there just marvelous and And always looking forward to leg day in the pool

Loved the fins, worked great! The reason for only 3 stars is because I had to return thenm for a refund. I wear a size 5-6 shoe so I ordered the smallest size these came in and they were too big. The fins did not fall off my feet when swimming in my local pool but they flopped on my feet so much that they would cause blisters. My mom was able to wear the fins perfectly and her shoe size is a 7-8. BOOO cause I really liked them.

Unfortunately, they are so small my toes stick out the end. I guess by 8-9.5 they really meant 7-8.
