Molto bene means - well done in Italian. I eat one to two salads every day and this is my go to balsamic vinegar. I use with olive oil to complete the dressing on my salad. It tastes soo good that I want to eat more salad. I've been using this balsamic vinegar for three years now. I have tried many other brands in the grocery store but if you eat it daily you want some thing that has a sophisticated, rich full flavor, but it's smooth and balanced. Almost like wine. I use it not only for salads but anything that I need balsamic vinegar for. It is soo full of flavor. It's a smooth balsamic vinegar that goes well with cheese as a drizzle as well.

This is a devious aged balsamic. It has a nice viscosity (thickness) and delicious tang. Perfect for drizzling on tomatoes, fish, steak, peaches, you name it. They also make an organic version but it looses the tangy quality which is what separates this from others. It's more complex. I have been using this for the last 4 or 5 years and always keep a spare bottle on hand.

It has body and a nice sweet/tart flavor ~ I loooove this balsamic and it is consistent, in its quality ~ ~ also... it makes a great gift! Tip: Add a split vanilla bean to the bottle, lightly shake it every couple of days... this kicks the flavor up to aaaammmmaaaaazing ~ so much so, that you will wanna keep tasting it off the spoon, lolol ~ really!
