Update! I've had this tent for 10 years now and it is still a champ! My husband and I use it regularly when it is just us camping and it still has all it's charms. Bought this tent for winter backpacking. Solid well built tent that is easy to set up and guy out. Feels like an expedition quality tent at half the cost. It is definitely not a 2 person winter tent unless you are using it for an advanced basecamp shelter. Very cramped with 2 people and winter bags. Would make a great solo winter tent.

Setup was a little different than every other tent I've ever owned, so it took me about 10 minutes to setup the first time. The stakes bent a little the first time I drove them into the ground, but it was necessary to get additional stakes for the tie-down extensions anyway.
Sturdy, dry, and endless venting options. Still haven't tested it completely, but it held up to 20-30mph winds. It's even light enough that I'll carry it for all my excursions in the future.
Definitely just for one person, or a cozy couple. My dad always said, "tighten up till your buddy smiles" in tight spaces. However, I don't have any guy friends that I'd want to be nut to butt with for a night of tent camping, & being single makes mine a solo.

I have use it very little but what I have seen so far is that it is a great tent. I was looking for a 4-season tent and buying this one was a great call. It looks really nice, you can choose whether or not to put the extra cover on it(depending on where are you camping and how the weather is like), and the space inside can fit 2 people easily and still lot's of room for your stuff.
You do need a mat or something, like in any other tent out there to make it a more comfortable sleeping experience. But with a nice sleeping bag you might be able to pull it off, just like in the old camping days.
Overall is a great tent. I cannot wait to use it in more extreme weather but until then, it's great!
