I noticed the difference 2 weeks after I took the product. I have dry eye issue. My doctor suggested me to use eye drops but it didn't work well. I found this eye nutrition one day. It does help a lot for my dry eye. I also bought the Lubricant eye drops. The two products helped me a lot. I sit in front of computer at least 9 hours per day for my job and study. Thera tears works for me.

Works well on dry eyes. Hardly know I have dry eyes anymore. Like it a lot. Update: 10/28/17 I was using Restasis everyday and now find I can just take 3 of the TheraTears each morning and dry eye is much better. Very satisfied!

My ophthalmologist gave me some samples of TheraTears as a treatment for dry eye. In less than a week, I've noticed an improvement. My only complaint is the fish burps that come after taking the three capsules. That issue is worth the sacrifice if TheraTears keeps my dry eyes lubricated.
So effective I forget I "need" to use lubricant eye drops!

Had a diagnosis of "dry eye" a few months back. Prefer not to go to prescription med. Some online research indicated the ingredients in theratears had been shown to help with tear composition and dry eye. Have taken for over two months now-dietary supplements usually take longer than an Rx to show results-and happy to report that my eyes are much better. Actually, I now often forget I "need" to use the doctor-recommended preservative free lubricant drops! The 90 count box lasts a month - take three capsules daily at the same time - capsules might be considered on large side, but I've never had an issue with larger medications---everyone is different though.
Put theratears on monthly subscribe and save; the price is better than at least one big box store whose prices are often lower than ANYwhere else.
First order arrived on time with no problems. Since then S&S delivers monthly. Definitely recommend trying these before going to a prescription.

Bought these on recommendation from my eye doctor after my LASIK surgery. 3 month mark and I wasn't needing eye drops all the time but by the end of the day my eyes were still pretty tired and would start to blur and would feel dry when I woke up. Taking this regularly has helped a lot with both issues and I will continue to use them to aid in my recovery.
