An essential tool for every woodworker to have

This tool is a classic that every woodworker should have. The tool I received was square, and has made countless measurements in the months that I've owned it. I don't know why I didn't have one in my tool kit sooner, but it's indispensable now.

I only have one complaint. The square is not square. I tried the2 line method about a dozen times and the square is simply not square. Just to be sure I checked it with woodpecker square and sure enough it is not square. What good is a square that is not square. I will return it. If they can promise me a square that is square I will take a replacement.

Quality American made product for a reasonable price. The fit and finish on this combo square is much better quality than any of the others that have which are made across the pond. I prefer buying USA made tools and this combo square is worth the money.
