I was disappointed because it was the course and not the fine granulates. Otherwise the seasoning taste great!!!

I love this stuff, but the way I use it most is sprinkled heavily on 3/4" center cut pork chops grilled on a 425 degree George Foreman grill for 4 minutes. This, along with some pork & beans and some fresh pineapple or apple sauce is one of my favorite meals. It's also great on a tossed salad that has some cold pulled pork added to it. I use it a lot on chicken as well. Try it, you'll like it.
