I usually do not have much time for shopping grocery, however I really love oyster mushrooms. This dried kind on Amazon is perfect me. It can be stored for a long time, and it taste good. The only thing that I felt a little disappointed is that each bag looks smaller than it is in the picture. But it is okay, as they sent me 12 bags, and each time I only need half bag of them. When you put them in water for an hour, they become surprisingly big though.
