I have this sitting out all day, near my stove.
I use them all the time and have had no issue with the holes clogging.
I like the fact the amount of holes are the same for both salt and peper and the S and P makes it easy to know what you are using.
Every kitchen needs a set.

These salt and pepper shakers are completely misrepresented on the website. They are cheaply made. One handle was not attached properly and the lid did not screw on. These are not made of what I would consider a good quality stainless steel.

Started out great. Loved how much they held, and how evenly it comes out. Now handle came loose and lid is so light it won't come off unless I soak in water. I don't know if salt causes it to stick but it's impossible to put more salt in because of lid. Lid is pull off not screw on.
Salt shaker almost impossible to unscrew after use

Salt shaker became almost impossible to unscrew after it was used just once. Empty, it unscrewed okay. Put salt in, top screws on just fine. However, invert it just once to shake salt and it gets in the threads, becoming almost impossible to unscrew even for a 6'3" guy with a grip. The missus couldn't even budge it. Pepper shaker worked okay, and she could get it unscrewed with some effort. Went through this three times with the salt shaker with the same results. Sorry, can't recommend this one.
