I go through one of these every year but I use it every day of the year. I live in tropical weather and use this for commercial use and we put it to the limits, so if you're just going to use this a few times a year then this would last you for years after years.

The kids love this, and so do I. The little "wings" in the back are great to prop your leg against to stay on. Great ride, durable, perfect. This is my second one of these. The first lasted about 100 rides and 5 years.
A Tube that lasts and can take a beating

This Tube has now lasted 2 summers at our lake place. It has withstood a beating and lots and lots of use with as many as 3 adults riding behind it. It still looks good, has not faded, and all of the handles are still in place with no sign of wear. I highly recommend this tube as it skips across the water great, holds air, and has a tough exterior that seems to be very fade resistant.
Sporty tube, but it doesn't last

I have had 6 of these tubes. They are fun and sporty. Usually pull 2 tubes with two adults each or 3 kids each. But they consistently don't last as long as other tubes. The inner tube develops a leak and then the tube is useless. You get about 10 hours or less of use and then you have to replace. I am no longer purchasing this tube. Other tubes just last longer.

99.9% of the reviews I write on Amazon are positive, and I've written many. We did buy this tube from Amazon, and after an hour of use the cover ripped right down the middle. Was not going fast, 150 pound person riding, and the cover just split wide open. Contacted the mfg for a warranty claim and have received no response after several days. I know Airhead makes good products, as we had another one and used it for years without any issues. This one was a lemon. Had they replied to my warranty claim I would have written a better review. At the end of the day, summer in Michigan only lasts so long, so I just ordered another one. We'll see how that one goes............
