These are rough on the inside and wear out the skin on toes.
I was using a band aid but it became a pain in the butt to put it on and off everyday this seems to work fine, but lets see how

They were a little smaller than I expected but then I guess that's my fault. I'm a dietibetic and have to protect my little toe from getting a blister so thus far its working out ok. Toe cushioning!

Unfortunately the size, 1 inch size, was to large for my toes size to work well. I have size 12 feet and fairly large toes but this product was still to large to fit properly. But that is not the fault of the product. In fairness I did not use them on the big toes or for bunion cushioning. They would probably do that well. I needed to cushion my other toes. The company makes 2 smaller sizes and the middle size probably would fit better. At some point I may try the 3/4 and or 1/2 inch sizes.

Should have ordered the 1/2 inch, but just turned them inside out and they work great. It's been a long time since I could take a walk and not be thinking about how much my toes hurt. I love that I can cut them to fit the need. I would recommend them to anyone needing some toe protection. And for those people like me that wear compression socks and hate having their toes squished by their socks all day. Just cut these a little long, put them on a couple of toes and you will have "happy toes" all day.
