Fixed Valve Seats

I removed handle, used my cordless drill. Then Harbor Freight burnishing tool. I removed sharp edges with mini sanders. Now, the valve seats won't distroy new rubber washers!!

The faucet seat grinder did the job for which it was intended. It took a couple of tries to get the hang of it. After resurfacing the seat and renewing the seal/washer with one that was included in the kit, there is no leak. I did this about two weeks ago. I am satisfied that it is fixed!
