it's a good product and very versatile for any meal. I like trying all the different flavors. I think my favorite ways to have this one is fried and one a sandwich with cheese and mayo (yeah I know you're gonna say that's fattening and I shouldn't eat it but it's not like I eat it every day!). It's also great in casserole...or cooked up with beans, rice, peppers or eggs in a tortilla. Or chopped up with a fried or boiled egg and some peppers in ramen. I also like it cold on a sandwich sometimes. There are endless Spam recipes online too! Apparently it is especially popular in Hawaii. Don't knock it 'til you fry it. lol I mean try it.

cold from the fridge and sliced for a sandwich -yum
fried with a nice crust caramelized with eggs or sandwich or a spamburger 4 3 0z. slices on the grill and maybe add a cheeseburger patty for a great burger. Get it really cispy. YUmmm

I use these specifically for making Hawaiian Style fried rice! Not spicy at all but has a good flavor!
