We use these to smoke and cook all kinds of things on our pellet smoker. Cheese, jerky, chicken, veggies, you name it. Makes loading things on the grill so easy--just lay them out on the rack in the kitchen, walk out and plop it down on the smoker / grill. Perfect. No more messing around laying things out on the grill with the lid open and loosing all of the heat.

I use these in a Rec Tec grill and are great for getting things on and off the grill without the mess. Sometimes i want a cookie sheet, but other times I want the dripping to pass thru. These give me the option to leave as is or line with foil. Great item.
